Meet the Chef

Matija Bogdan

Matija honed his culinary skills in a number of renowned restaurants. He began by volunteering at the award-winning Dubravkin Put in Zagreb, then completed an internship at COI in San Francisco (2 Michelin stars) under the guidance of chef Daniel Patterson. He went on to spend four and a half years as sous chef at The Ledbury in London (2 Michelin stars), working alongside chef Brett Graham. Matija further refined his craft at Jane in Antwerp and AT in Paris – both celebrated for their innovative cuisine and exceptional culinary standards.

Matija’s extensive experience is reflected in an ambitious menu that elevates premium local ingredients through modern culinary techniques, offering guests a refined gourmet experience and positioning the restaurant as a new gastronomic destination.
